Artist Awareness post 5-9-2024

The artist I am focusing on for this awarness post is Lindsay @lindenacresdesign on instagram, her work focuses on elements of nature. Her main medium is embroidery, and she does traditional embroidery, as well as other methods, like embroidering on books, and creating 3d embroidered works.

Thsi was one of her works that I particulerly liked. I thought the angle that the tree sprouted out of the book was interesting, and the diffrent colors and textures of the fiber of the leaves adds a nice effect.
